The Elvis Plant

There is a plant variety named the Elvis Plant. The variety has naturally grown only in Tupelo, Missisippi until 1935 when it became extinct. The fruits are pear-like with bushy hair growing from the base of the fruit. The fruits can be harvested after the grin has reached an inch of width. During harvest the fruit may squeak a little.

This is a full grown fruit of the plant. The germination stage can take years, so to adapt to environmental changes, the fruit may develop limb-like parts and protective cloth. The last known and well matured fruit rotted year 1977 before successful germination and after dosing high amounts of fertilisers.
